Experience: 5– 10 Years .
1. Sales & Marketing / Business Development for MICE.
2. Establishing corporate goals, short and long term budgets and developing business plans for the achievement of these goals.
3. Identifying and networking with prospective clients, generating business from the new and existing accounts and achieving increased sales growth, thus increasing profitability.
Conducting competitor analysis, presentation by keeping abreast of the current market trends.
4. Running the MICE sales & operation teams and managing all the site inspections
Deploying manpower accordingly for managing the conferences’ P&L and closing all files after project is over.
Shift Timings: General shift .
Salary: Not a constraint for the right candidate.
